1. When a container filled with fine barrier explosion suppression material leaks, it can be directly repaired using gas or electric welding in an oil-filled manner.

During transportation, oil tankers filled with this material utilize the honeycomb structure of the material to divide the inner cavity of the container into many small "compartments," significantly reducing the surge phenomenon of the medium inside the container, decreasing the energy of liquid movement inside the container by 40 times, reducing tire wear, and greatly lowering the probability of accidents caused by surges in hazardous materials transport devices. This helps to avoid rollover accidents caused by surging.
3. This material can prevent static electricity, does not wear down the inner wall of the container, does not pollute the oil quality, does not deform in the container, does not corrode, wear out, or break in solvents like oil, and will not block various oil paths, allowing for long-term use after a single installation.
4. This explosion-proof material can provide cathodic protection to the tank wall, slowing down the corrosion of the tank wall, preventing corrosion and leakage, and can extend the service life of the tank, especially significant for underground storage tanks at gas stations that have not been cleaned or maintained for a long time and are in critical sensitive locations.
5. The barrier explosion suppression material filled inside the tank occupies a very small volume, generally added at a rate of 28~32kg/m3, with a material volume ≤0.8% of the cylindrical tank volume, and a material volume ≤1.0% of the spherical tank volume.
