1. Principle of Explosion Prevention

In the explosion-proof skid-mounted gas station, there are some special aluminum alloy mesh explosion-proof materials. The mesh structure in the layered explosion-proof material forms a honeycomb structure, which can divide the container into many small spaces. These individual small spaces can prevent the spread of flames. At the same time, this honeycomb structure has excellent thermal conductivity and electrostatic discharge performance per unit volume, eliminating static electricity and preventing static accumulation. It can quickly absorb most of the heat released during combustion, significantly lowering the final temperature after the combustion reaction, greatly reducing the expansion of the reaction gases, and only slightly increasing the pressure value of the container, achieving the purpose of suppressing explosions. This effectively prevents explosions at gas stations in situations involving open flames, static electricity, welding, gunfire, impact, and other conditions.

2. How Skid-mounted Gas Stations Avoid Corrosion

To reduce the corrosion of double-layer tanks, we need to remove corrosive substances from the environment of the anti-corrosion equipment and eliminate other harmful components to prevent the generation of corrosive acidic gases. For example: removing moisture to prevent atmospheric corrosion indoors, and removing oxygen dissolved in water to prevent carbon steel corrosion caused by neutral water. Alternatively, anti-corrosive agents can be added; the main method of reducing corrosion of anti-corrosion equipment is to adjust the pH value by adding neutralizers. Adding a small amount of corrosion inhibitor in a corrosive environment can form a protective film on the metal surface, which can significantly reduce the rate of metal corrosion, achieving a certain anti-corrosion effect.
