Analysis of the Causes of Failures in Stainless Steel Reactors
2018-03-22
The stainless steel reactor is one of our flagship products. Next, we strongly recommend the following introduction, which may benefit you greatly. Below, I will analyze the causes of faults in stainless steel reactors, and friends, feel free to follow along with me:
1. Fault phenomenon: Leakage at the sealing surface.
Fault cause: Loose screw thread; damage to the sealing surface. Elimination method: Re-tighten the screw; re-grind and polish the sealing surface.
2. Fault phenomenon: Leakage at the valve.
Fault cause: Damage to the valve rod (needle) and valve sealing surface. Elimination method: Repair or replace the valve rod (needle) and valve.
3. Fault phenomenon: The external magnetic steel rotates, but the internal magnetic steel does not rotate, and the motor current decreases.
Fault cause: Excessive temperature rise inside the reactor, poor cooling circulation, internal magnetic steel demagnetized due to high temperature. Hydrogenation reaction, internal magnetic steel sleeve has cracks, internal magnetic steel expands. Elimination method: Notify the supplier to replace the internal magnetic steel.
